Make sure that your Office 2013 is up to date as this is the requirments for MFA to work properly with outlook 2013.

MFA Software requirements for Office 2013

To determine whether your Office installation is Click-to-run or MSI-base:

1. Start Outlook 2013.
2. On the File menu, choose Office Account.
3. For Outlook 2013 Click-to-Run installations, an Update Options item is displayed. For MSI-based installations, the Update Options item is not displayed.

Click-to-run based installations

For Click-to-run based installations, you must have the following software installed, at file version listed below or a later file version. If your file version is not equal to or greater than the file version listed, update it using the steps below.

Hardcode or add .srt to .mp4 file without re-encoding

I use two software for this and as of now this is the best way that i know without re-econding the video

First we need to make container for the mp4 and srt. Were going to use MkvToMp4 for this. This will convert your mp4 to mkv with the subtitle without re-encoding the video.


But if you want to keep the mp4 format with the subtitles added.
Use mkvtoolnix-gui to convert the mkv to mp4, this will not re-encode the video but the subtitle will be hardcoded to the mp4 file.

I'll make a video tutorial if i have time. for now, feel free to ask question.

Ember Media Manager
1st. We need a scrapper for movies/video poster. I'm using ember media manager for this.



MetaX 
2nd. Software that were going to use to tag/import the poster directly to the file as thumbnail.
